The Abbey of the Lone Star
The DFW Sisters exist as a modern, communal order of 21st century nuns dedicated to community service, fund raising, outreach, advocacy, education for safer sex awareness, and to promoting human rights, respect for diversity and spiritual enlightenment. We believe all people have a right to express their unique joy and beauty and we use humor and irreverent wit to expose the forces of bigotry, complacency and guilt that chain the human spirit. We vow to promulgate omniversal JOY and expiate stigmatic guilt through public manifestation and habitual perpetration.

Each year the DFW Sisters raise thousands of dollars to support the LGBT+ community and pass out many thousands more "bliss kits" with condoms, lube, and community resource cards. To do this, we need money and that’s where you come in. Please, give generously, today, so that we can continue to support the DFW Queer community.
The DFW Sisters, Inc is an IRS sanctioned 501(c)3 charitable organization. Donations are 100% tax deductible.
